In addition to the CM-03D Radius Attachment, to grind corner rads, you'll need a wheel with a sharp corner that is trued and dressed, as well as a couple of other things to make the job easier. Here is a list describing a recommended complete set up for corner rads.

• Cuttermaster Traditional Tool Grinder - or similar tool grinder
• CM-PS1 Tool Grinder Wheel Kit - 11V9 resin bond cup wheels and wheel truing device
• Magnetic Dial Indicator or Digital Read Out
• Machinist's square

Center cutting ends can be achieved easily using the CM-03D. The set up (plunging center cutting ends with a plated rim wheel) shown here uses Cuttermasters' Easy Ends kit which is a plated rim wheel with spindle extension and a dial indicator to keep track of table movements.

For center cutting ends, add to your kit

• CBN or diamond plated rim wheel
• 2-1/2" spindle extension
• Magnetic Dial Indicator or Digital Read Out

Add one of our plated neck grinding wheels for tool diameter reduction (chamfer wheel for Weldon set screw flats shown, also works).  Also needed is the 2-1/2" spindle extension.

• Diamond neck wheel
• Diamond neck wheel for small tools
• CBN wheel for HSS (making T cutters)

Add one of our plated chamfer wheels for Weldon set screw flats.  Also needed is the 2-1/2" spindle extension.
