CM-PS2 Cuttermasters Production Support for Countersinks, Step Drills and Taps

The Cuttermasters Production Support Package, CM-PS2 is a package deal on a six piece countersink, step drill and tap cam set and face wheel. We selected the most common clearances in single/zero flute, two /four flute, and three/six flute countersinks. With this package, you have our recommended set up for step drills, countersinks and taps (up to 3/8″) on a CUTTERMASTER type grinder. It also includes a CBN Face wheel which is good for large countersink faces.

Zero and 1-Flute, two cams: .02” and .03” lift
2-Flute, two cams: .04” and .065” lift
3-Flute, two cams: .31” and .062” lift

Build for our modern tool grinders and appropriate for older grinders like the MG-30, HDT-30, and CM-01 as well.

Choose CBN for high speed steel countersinks or diamond for carbide.

Choose 5″ or 6″ diameter face wheel (standard wheel guard size for Cuttermasters is 5″). The 5″ diameter wheel has 1-1/4″ plated face while the 6″ diameter wheel has 1-7/8″ inch plated face
