The Tradesman Edge Apex drive relies on a pin system to secure the wheel to the shaft. You can use your wheels from other manufacturers (Tormek or other 250mm x 12mm wheels) but they will require the pin hole, and this jig will allow you to drill it in the correct position. One important consideration is that Tormek and other wheels may not have been designed with the higher rpms capable with the Tradesman, so they may not be properly balanced.
