100 Degree Multiflute and Single flute countersinks
Chatterless Countersinks have different clearance or flute profiles.
Here will show what we have learned on inspection both Severance and MA Ford and then how to sharpen them in a Cuttermaster Professional Tool and Cutter grinder using either a CM02R Pro Radius Air Spindle of the CM03P Super Precision Radius Attachment.
The Radius Air spindle and the CM03P both can be set up to check Tool lengths so we use the tool lenght meaurement set up to inspect the profile before we deside how to go about regrinding.
