Three things make this easy ,
The digital readout (makes it easy to keep track of center)
The Plated Bond wheel (removes material very fast and does not loose its shape)
The JXT has a vertical axis (so Different heights can be used to execute the grinds)
How to rest the tool of a variable flute to put a new end on it using a Journeyman JXTR
Using a diamond 15V9 (over 300 grinds on this wheel)
This setup is good for End or Bull nose Corner radius grind on variable flute tools
