Shipping and Returns

Orders are generally shipped within one day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 – 5 business days to arrive at most addresses within Canada and USA.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

Return policy: Our products are guaranteed to be of good craftsmanship and free of defect. If you are unhappy with your purchase for another reason you may return goods within 15 days of purchase for refund less outgoing and returning shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. Consumable items such as grinding wheels can not be returned if used, unless covered under guaranty.
