Description
Production grind cylinders such as end mill neck reductions and tool cut off

The Motor Spindle consists of an ER32 collet chuck in a bench-mounted honed housing. It is driven by a timing belt on a small 24 volt DC motor and is designed to be used all day. The collet chucks are chosen based on accuracy and the concentricity of the taper is less than .0005″. ER32 collets generally are available up to 3/4″ but 7/8″ and 1″ are available as specials. The bolt pattern allows you to be bolted to any table with a t slot in either x or y direction.
The ER32-M is built for our modern Cuttermaster Professional tool grinders but should work on just about any tool grinder with t-slots.
